BASIC $15. /person ticket includes: rally map, stop tickets,

food, or drink. (Each rider/driver/passenger/participant must
have and wear an armband.) |

Print
'Registration form' from the 'Register NOW!' page of this website.
Fill out & sign form for each participant, rider, and/or passenger
and mail it with your check or money order payable to Kosair
Shriners to: Sam Swope Rally, 1000 Lakeside Dr., Taylorsville, Kentucky 40071. Form must be post-marked no later than 6/30/2011.
No exceptions please ...we have to have time to place orders &
fill packets. Parent or Guardian must sign for participants under
18 years old. When paid, we will mail a confirmation card back
to you. Simply bring the card to the pre-reg parking/sign-in area
to pick-up your packet on Rally Day. You must have your card with
you. If you are unable to attend, a friend may pick up your packet
for you, but they must have your confirmation card with them.

of Rally 'Ride-In' Registration @ the Swope Lot:
Basic $15. per person ticket
includes: rally map detailing stops, stop tickets, a chance to
win a free door prize. Does not include a T-Shirt. Food/drink
is on your own. (Each rider/driver/passenger/participant must
have and wear an armband to deposit stop tickets.)

Special Raffle For A 2011 Harley Davidson Heritage Softail: $100 each. 400 tickets printed...1 of which to be used in an Incentive Drawing for Pre-Registering. These always sell out quickly so get yours now! No long 'draw-down' this year! 15#'s will be drawn. The 15# out wins the bike. Winner drawn 7/17/11 @ 4:00 PM at the Kosair Shrine Temple/end of Rally. Heritage Softail Raffle ticket does not include admittance into Rally. Each person must have and wear a rally armband to enter Rally Ride. Winners responsible for taxes and license. Winners need not be present.
Car Clubs & Motorcycle Clubs with the most participants in that group will win: 1st place - $1000; 2nd place - $500; 3rd place - $250. |
